Unfortunately, these suggestions are often less than helpful. They fail because they try to “fix” a wild, primal, mad experience with orderly exercises or quiet meditations.

For many grievers, there simply isn’t a peaceful, quiet way to process this traumatic experience, especially early on.

Grief Survival School is an online course that is designed to help your grieving heart. It consists of five modules that you go through at your own pace, to help you understand grief, and give you support as you experience it. It can be a guide as you traverse this dark, sad path of grieving.
